PKS Kids Live! 2021

Welcome, PKS families, to our 8th biennial family and medical conference!  We look forward to meeting new friends and catching up with old ones.  

We have a fun and informative weekend planned for you and your family!  Watch for emails from us regarding childcare, complete agenda, and more.

• Rooms must be reserved by June 1, 2022 (Rooms at group rate only available, until block is full which may be before June 1---after that, normal hotel prices will apply)  
• Event registrations are due by June 1, 2022. 

NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

*Meals included in the conference are Thursday dinner, Friday lunch, Saturday dinner.  Breakfast is included in your hotel rate. PKS Kids is glad to pay for the meals listed for you and your family.  If more than two adults are attending, however, we will charge for those additional adults, and any children outside of your immediate family. You will be asked to note this on the registration page.  (The charge is per meal, per person.)  We will contact you about your payment method after registration is received.

• The group rate is available 2 days before the event and 1 day after (July 5th - 11th)  based on availability. Room cancellations are up to 48 hours prior.
•  When you click on this link and go to book a room, you must enter your arrival/departure as well as change the number of people in the room (top left corner).
• You must specify 1-4 people in the room and this correlates to the rate. PLEASE be aware so that you do not book a $109 single rate and then check-in with 4 people and the rate increases.  If you have more than 4 guests and you want breakfast for all, you will need to book more than one room.  You do need to accurately reflect the number of people in the room as that correlates to the number for breakfast.
• It shows as adults only but please understand that is actually total guests. The system does not allow us to specify adults vs kids.
