Josie

Josie is a strong, sweet, and very loving girl. She was born a week early at over 9 pounds and was diagnosed with PKS at 1 month old, she's now almost 3. She is making slow but steady progress and we cherish the small gains. She has epileptic spasms, hip dysplasia, ankle contractures, mild hearing loss, and vision issues. She has a g-tube but eats and drinks most pureed meals orally. She is working hard to sit up on her own and even though she is non-verbal she certainly lets us know what's on her mind. She loves music, lights, movement, and playing with her two older brothers. Josie is truly the light of our life.
